Accepted payment options:  Cash, check, and all major credit cards.

• All accounts, without a tax exemption certificate on file, will be charged sales tax.
• Payment terms:  Net 30 days on approved credit.  Finance charges accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on all invoices past due.  In the event collection proceedings must be engaged, the customer will be responsible for any and all costs associated with stated proceedings, including attorneys’ and court fees.
• A Delivery Charge will be applied to all deliveries.  Flatbed deliveries are $10 more than dump deliveries to same area.
• All returns are subject to managements’ discretion and a 25% restocking fee.
• No returns will be granted after 60 days from the time of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Quantity pricing available.
• Natural stone products are subject to natural variances in color and quality.
• Palletized stone products are based on initial amount purchased for specified job and are priced accordingly: 
  • Unit Rate:  any amount less than a full pallet or of which that has been hand selected.
  • Pallet Rate:  applies to 1 - 2 full pallets.
  • 3+ Pallet Rate:  applies to 3 or more full pallets.
  • 8+ Pallet Rate:  applies to 8 or more full pallets.

• Palletized stone products can be mixed to obtain the best quantity discount.

• Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to material being ordered. The remaining balance will be due upon receipt.
  

Direct Load Quotes

• A down payment of 50% is required prior to placement of order; the remaining balance will be due upon receipt of order.  One tractor-trailer load constitutes an order.
• Load will be delivered by a tractor-trailer which will haul approximately 23 tons.
• Job site must be accessible to and must allow tractor-trailers.
• Customer must provide proper equipment to unload pallets off of tractor-trailer.  Pallets can weigh up to 4,000+ lbs. (2+ tons).
• The shipment must be unloaded within 1 hour of arrival to job site.  A fee of $50.00 will be assessed for each additional hour (1 hour increments).
